Fork Prevention System

On the next weeks we will be applying a technology we developed and call FPS - Fork Prevention System on all our Pools.

Update: System already implemented!

 

This system is similar to a system already running on our [DMD] Diamond pool and consists in regular checks to the block explorer of each coin, comparing the latest pool block number with the block explorer latest block number.

 

If block numbers do not match or are not within a predefined delay compensation, Miningfield staff will be alerted, so we can take proper actions as fast as possible.

 

 

This system is intended to prevent miningfield miners to be mining on the wrong chain, wasting power on nothing.
