We're adjusting the "Automatic Payout" value of accounts with a value lower then the minimum allowed.

These accounts will have the minimum value set.

As part of 2016 objectives, listed (here), we're removing mining fees, and setting a payout fee.

This will take effect later today. Already Applied.
